Privacy & your information

• Quote requests: ZIP code, pet type, service interest, your note, and a phone number or email — used solely to match and refer your request.
• Provider applications: business name, service area, services, business email, and your description — used solely for verification and contact about listing.
• We do not collect payment information (we sell nothing to pet owners), government IDs, or precise location.

• Only when you check the consent box: your request goes to up to 3 verified providers in your area so they can contact you with quotes.
• Consent lasts 72 hours from submission. After that, your contact details are removed from referral circulation; de-identified records may be kept for anti-abuse and aggregate statistics.
• Providers who receive your request agree to use it only to respond to that request.

• Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it: hello@fatedpet.com (activates with launch). We respond promptly after verifying the request is yours.
• Withdrawing consent stops any further sharing; providers already contacted may still respond within the original 72-hour window.
• California and other state privacy rights are honored on request, regardless of where you live.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser — its inputs are not transmitted or stored. If privacy-respecting aggregate analytics are enabled, they measure page popularity only and are never joined with form submissions.
